Since the firm’s founding in 1991, Andres’ list of very satisfied clients has grown (see graph to the right).
Today, repeat clients represent 80 percent of Andres’ business, occasionally forcing the firm to turn down new business.Whether it’s office buildings, churches, schools, continuing care retirement centers, institutional, or habitational projects, Andres personnel are committed to becoming a partner with the owner/client. “Andres is in essence an extension of my staff,” said John Russell Jr., a professional engineer and director of facilities for the University of Dallas. Andres is working on its twelfth project for the school. “They are part of our team,” Russell said, “focusing on the best possible solutions for the university.”

Wade Andres, in fact, consults with the school’s Master Plan Committee on the facilities master plan to ensure the building designs are cost-effective. “He helps us prioritize our needs,” Higgins said. Andres Construction is working on its twelfth project at Hockaday.
